Here some of our most popular menus:
  • Pasta: Home made pasta - Lasagna - Tagliatelle – Ragù Bolognese - Basic Tiramisù.
  • Classic: Crostini toscani, Gnocchi alla pommarola, Saltimbocca alla romana, Biscottini di Prato
  • Vegetarian: Risotto milanese, Parmigiana, Torta della nonna.
  • Spring: Bruschetta, Pici all’aglione, Chicken or Guinea fowl alle olive, Panna cotta.
  • Fish: Riso o Spaghetti al nero di seppia (squid ink), Pesce spada alla siracusana, Biscottini di Prato.

Vegetarian and gluten free menus are available
We will consider your requests if the season and preparation time allows.

What You Can Expect
Our classes include
  • one intensive, morning or afternoon, cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef,
  • lunch or dinner following the lesson selected wines included,
  • all food ingredients, taxes.
Our cooking classes require your active participation you will live the experience of preparing homemade pasta, sauces such as fresh basil pesto, tomato and basil, meat sauce with porcini mushrooms and sweet onions, meat or duck sauce and much more. Our chefs will teach you the secret of making the most delicious tiramisu you have ever eaten.

Times of the lesson (total time, lunch or dinner included, about 4 hours) Visit to the wine cellars and Etruscan granaries, presentation of the menu and the wines combined, a coffee with the chef, preparation of dishes, 3 course lunch or dinner (selected wine included), coffee, “ammazza-caffè” (grappa or amaro)
