A rich and unique Cooking Experience.
 Cooking Class comes with Wine Tasting and visit to the 2500 year old Etruscan granaries underground.
Live a fantastic culinary experience in the kitchens of the Villa of Fattoria di Fiano.

Here some of our most popular menus:
  • Pasta: Home made pasta - Lasagna - Tagliatelle – Ragù Bolognese - Basic Tiramisù.
  • Classic: Crostini toscani, Gnocchi al gorgonzola, Saltimbocca alla romana, Biscottini di Prato
  • Vegetarian: Risotto milanese, Parmigiana, Torta della nonna.
  • Spring: Bruschetta, Pici all’aglione, Chicken or Guinea fowl alle olive verdi, Panna cotta.
  • Fish: Riso o Spaghetti al nero di seppia (squid ink), Pesce spada alla siracusana, Biscottini di Prato

Wines served with the meal at the end of the lesson
  • Prosecco or dry sparkling wine
  • Ugo Bing Chianti Riserva minimum 5 years of aging
  • Ugo Bing Chianti aged 3 years

More than a Cooking Class
Our classes include
  • an Intense Cooking Session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, lunch following the lesson including selected wines, coffee, all food ingredients, taxes,
  • visit to the cellars of the Ugo Bing Winery with tasting of the wines that will be served with lunch
  • the evocative visit to the Etruscan granaries from 2500 years ago located in the underground caves beneath the Villa.

Our cooking classes require your active participation you will live the experience of preparing homemade pasta, sauces such as fresh basil pesto, tomato and basil, meat sauce with porcini mushrooms and sweet onions, meat or duck sauce and much more. Our chefs will teach you the secret of making the most delicious tiramisu you have ever eaten.
