Half Day Cooking Class
Cooking Class includes an intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, 4 course meal following the lesson including selected wines (Prosecco and Chianti), coffee, all food ingredients, taxes,
Cost per person: 140 Euros (€ 120 for booking of 4 or more adults). Children under 14 pay 100 Euros.
Morning class: 10:00 AM about 4 hours including lunch - Afternoon class: 4:00 PM about 4 hours including dinner.
Total lesson time (menu
presentation, food preparation, visit to the cellars, lunch or dinner) is approximately 4 hours.Minimum booking 2 participants.
More than a Cooking Class
- Experience an intense Culinary Session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, 4 course meal following the lesson including selected wines (Prosecco and Chianti Riserva)
- visit to the cellars of the Ugo Bing Winery with presentation and tasting of the wines that will be served with lunch/dinner,
- live the evocative discovery of the Etruscan granaries from 2500 years ago located in the underground caves beneath the Villa.

- Pasta: Home made pasta - Tagliatelle - Spaghetti alla chitarra – Sauce according to the season - Basic Tiramisù.
- Classic: Crostini toscani, Gnocchi alla pommarola, Saltimbocca alla romana, Biscottini di Prato
- Vegetarian: Risotto milanese, Parmigiana, Torta della nonna.
- Summer: Bruschetta, Pici all’aglione (only from July to October), Guinea fowl or Chicken alle olive vedi, Panna cotta.
- Fish: – Riso o Spaghetti al nero di seppia (squid ink), Pesce spada alla siracusana, Biscottini di Prato.
Wines served with the meal at the end of the lesson
- Prosecco or dry sparkling wine
- Ugo Bing Chianti Riserva minimum 5 years of aging
- Ugo Bing Chianti aged 3 years
