spectacular … so glad my wife and I did this!! Highly recommend.
We made tiramisu, pasta from scratch, bruschetta, pesto, and chicken in a white wine sauce, all in the kitchen of a 400 acre winery… we explored the wine cellar and ate al fresco at sunset in what was more of a painting than anything else. It was a perfect day.
Our chef was patient and experienced and we were immediately at home with her - couldn’t have asked for more

a memory for life
Italy is really living in Tuscany. It was without a doubt the best part of our trip. We took the two days and the option to cook for dinner. We arrived and the scenery is amazing, with much less heat than in the city. The town of Imprunetta is also very picturesque. We arrived at Villa Saladini, Marcos went to pick us up at the train station and the place is wonderful. The very old house is perfectly conditioned for a pleasant stay. Perla and Marco are in charge that you do not lack anything. About the classes, very dedicated and prepared, with excellent materials, in addition to Nicola our chef, who was very friendly with us. It is a totally recommended experience.
Cooking in a Tuscan farmhouse made the experience all the more authentic, instead of being in a stainless steel kitchen. Guiditta accommodated our special requests and made us feel so welcome. And enjoying the fruits of our labor was pretty special, too.
She was so warm and gracious.

My friend and I attended your cooking class at Villa La Montagnola on April 24th. We enjoyed your education on cooking fresh pasta so very much. I intend on purchasing a pasta maker to make my own pasta. After having it fresh, the packaged version just doesn’t compare!!
Your English was very good. We were sorry not to be able to converse in Italian, but we all were able to understand each other with no problems!

Dear Giuditta,
It was a great pleasure getting to know you and having the opportunity to learn some of the basics about Tuscan cooking from you. Today I made some purchases - a deep pan, an Atlas pasta machine, a silicon brush and a lemon peeler. Sunday friends are coming for dinner on their way to Lake Garda and I'll have an opportunity to try some of our recipes. I'm thinking of lasagne, salad and Torte della Mamma. That's probably enough for my first time.
A friend has a beautiful home between Munich and Salzburg and I had the idea that maybe we could all meet there a year from now in September and hire you to cater an Italian party. Of course, we'd all help you with the preparations. She has what is called a "Tenna", a huge barn that can be used for parties, so if the weather isn't good for an outdoor event, we have an indoor alternative. This would be sometime around the 16th, which will be my 75th birthday. Would you consider coming?

“great people, great food”
We are a family of four with two childeren ages 10 and 13. We had a great experience with our family. They were very accomodating to our schedule and started an hour early with no notice. Our children were kept involved and the food we prepared was interesting and diverse. We especially enjoyed making the pasta. We have since been able to replicate the dishes at home.

“Tuscan cooking”
My partner and I were doing a trip through Tuscany when he got called back for work. He booked me into a villa for a two day cooking course while he was away. I had such an amazing time. The cooking classes were absolutely great. We learned how to make pasta and other traditional Tuscan dishes. After preparing the dishes we were treated like 5 star guests by Giudetta who served us while we were overlooking the beautiful Tuscan hills. Giudetta did a great job at hosting the classes as well as making the whole experience memorable. Definitely something everyone must do when in Chianti region! Would love to go back again.

“Most Authentic Tuscan Experience”
We were given a brochure about this tour from a tourist office in Florence, and it was a very authentic and knowledgeable lesson from Judita. The three of us had a lesson on our own and we were given the opportunity to learn how to cook fantastic dishes, while enjoying our lunch on a beautiful terrace overlooking the hills of Tuscany. If you like to cook, this is an amazing day not to be missed in Italy! We were constantly comparing the dishes we made to any restaurant we went to afterwards, and it was hard to beat!

Giutti was both professional and warm as she taught us. The food we created with our own hands and her guidance was fantastic. The end of the meal she served us on the patio.
