Personalised and Group Cooking Classes

For personalised and group courses let us know your preferences, the number of participants (no more than 20 participants for groups), your choice of menu, the date of the lesson, etc.... we will do our best to offer you what you are looking for.

Cooking Class includes one intensive cooking session (10 AM or 4 PM) with instruction (in English) and practice with our chefs, lunch/dinner follows the preparation of the dishes, Prosecco and Chianti wines are served, coffee, taxes and all food ingredients are included.
During and with the Cooking Class you visit to the historic cellars of the Fattoria di Fiano enjoy the wine tasting of the wines you will drink with the meal after the class, discover the underground Etruscan granaries of 500 BC.

Here some of our most popular menus:

  • Pasta: Home made pasta - Lasagna - Tagliatelle – Ragù Bolognese - Basic Tiramisù.
  • Classic: Crostini toscani, Gnocchi alla pommarola, Saltimbocca alla romana, Biscottini di Prato
  • Vegetarian:  Risotto milanese, Parmigiana, Torta della nonna.
  • Summer: Bruschetta, Pici all’aglione, Chicken or Guinea fowl alle olive, Panna cotta.
 
Vegetarian and gluten free menus are available.
We will consider your requests if the season and preparation time allows.
